I know that you don't really like to view rules and all that other stuff so we will make this brief. All these terms apply to every one owning a copy of one of our games or is on our site. If you do not abide by these rules you will be banned and will not be allowed back for 2 months. Stay clean here and play hard!

• Redistribution of Kinix Game Studio's© games is prohibited.
• You can not make jokes about peoples race, sex or religion.
• Illegal Downloading is against the law. so dont do it!
• Give respect to all players.
• No random comments or off topic post to forums.
• Dont spam in the forums or you will be banned.
• Nothing in the forums  or guestbook will have sexual content.
• Members: Members can post in blogs and forums. They can also invite members and request a special game of their own.
• Build a Game: If you want to build a game you MUST agree to this. You can not request any game that has content containing: sex, drugs, alcohol, gambling, advocating violence, or describing any sex or violence. If you do this and you're a member you will be deleted and all forums/blog postings will be deleted. Also if you give us anything with sex, drugs, alcohol, gambling, advocating violence but you violate the other rules you will be deleted but we will continue to make you game. We will send you one free copy of your game and a pre-defined percentage of the profits.

Here at Kinix Game Studio's we take great care for the privacy of all people. Any info submitted here will be kept private and never given out at any time. Unless you want to let someone know something about you, which you can tell us so, we will release it only to that specific person or group. Also in the members page, when you sign up, you must be careful of what you put in the "About Me" section. Every one who is a member can see that and if you don't want them to see it then don't put it there like your credit card or a social security number. If you do buy something from the store here all credit card information will be only viewable to PayPal or who ever you decide to buy with. (such as Google Check out or PayPal Check out.) You can always feel safe here about any personal information about you.
